**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Project Management, and Marketing to define documentation architecture, requirements, audiences, and technical information.
- Author single-sourced technical content including Installation and setup guides, end user manuals, technical bulletins, and packaging used by technical professionals and homeowners.
- Manages documentation plans, schedules, review, and approval processes.
- Direct the work of illustrators creating assembly and wiring diagrams and product labels.
- Publish single-sourced mobile and embedded in-app performance support documentation.
- Design and maintain print-ready layouts for small booklets and foldouts
- Prepare single-sourced documentation for release to printer and follow appropriate system-based configuration and content mangement procedures.
- Maintain product domain expertise in assigned HVAC, plumbing, or security systems.
- Ensure technical documenation meets international regulatory standards.Manage and implement documentation translations using AI tools.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- 5 + years of equivalent relevant experience.




- Proficiency with MadCap Flare or MadCap Central
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects with moving deadlines.
- Proficiency with Adobe products including Adobe Illustrator and In Design
- An excellent level of **English**(written and spoken)
