**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**:
The Data Engineer will be part of a dynamic team of database developers, data analysts, and data engineers, working to create efficient, insightful, and scalable data solutions for supply chain performance managers, decision-makers, specialists, and frontline personnel.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Design and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards to ensure accurate, scalable, and resilient reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with supply chain solutions team members to address operational challenges through data-driven insights.
- Work closely with business teams and data analysts to align process and data architecture for high-performance and reliable solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing ETL pipelines and tools.




- Support the team with ad-hoc requests, including data analysis, tool troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
**Accountabilities**:
- Develop ETL pipelines, database tables, views, and indexes to prepare and stage data for dashboards, reports, and other user-facing tools.
- Conduct thorough data validation to ensure data pipelines meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and BI developers to design and implement end-to-end data solutions.
- Build resilient data processes with failure notifications and detailed logging, proactively monitoring ETL pipelines to address any issues.
- Assist in ad-hoc analytics, troubleshoot tools, and provide direct support to end-users.
Qualifications:
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- ** Fluent in English**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in business systems, information technology, or equivalent work experience
- ** 1+ years of experience** in data engineering and ETL development
- ** Advanced SQL skills**:
- ** Moderate Python programming skills**:
- Strong understanding of ETL patterns, best practices, and potential pitfalls
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective data architectures and processes
- Experience designing and developing database tables, indexes, and views for ETL purposes




- Familiarity with **supply chain or logistics analytics** is a plus
- Experience with **Azure Databricks, PySpark, or Azure Data Factory** is a plus
- Proficiency in **Tableau and Power BI**:
- Experience with **Alteryx** is a plus
