**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities Lead User Research**:
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand behaviors, pain points, and needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define research goals and strategies.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
Provide actionable insights for design, strategy, and feature prioritization.
Create personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate findings and insights.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate research into design solutions. Lead workshops to align design with business goals. Ensure research insights are integrated into the design process.
**Design Strategy & Execution**: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, that communicate user flows and design experience. Ensure designs are functional,
visually appealing, and align with brand guidelines. Continuously iterate based on user testing and feedback.
**Mentorship & Leadership**: Mentor junior designers and help develop team skills. Advocate for user-centered design and promote a design-led culture.
**Design Systems & Documentation**: Maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on user research, including designing for web and mobile platforms.
Proven ability to lead research initiatives, integrate insights into design decisions, and deliver creative solutions within business constraints.
Strong visual design skills and self-sufficiency in managing projects.
Demonstrated success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, and developers.
Expertise in extracting insights from user data and conducting research and testing to inform design decisions.
Portfolio showcasing depth in UX, design methodologies, decision-making, and a human-centered design approach.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly to technical teams and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and break down work into measurable outcomes.
Skills Expertise in user research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, data analysis).
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to clearly articulate research findings and design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of front-end development and design collaboration tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision, Jira).
