Provide administrative technical assistance to the senior and production engineers through the execution of projects.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:




- Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction)
- Integrate Work Packs/ keep them updated when needed (Drawings/ Materials)
- Issue the Work Pack to Document Control
- Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision
- Keep updated Register reports of the production Engineers
- Issue Productivity Factor
- Daily Walkthrough to validate progress
- Issue internal daily report
- Provide statistics by discipline
- PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)
- Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel
**Essential Qualifications and Education**:
- Associate degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
