The Stellantis Customer Experience Organization is seeking a Vehicle, Chassis,
Interior, and Mechatronics (VEHE) Warranty & Reliability Specialist to join the
Quality team at the Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center in Toluca,
Mexico.
This position is responsible for managing and facilitating on-site quality
reviews with Suppliers, Engineering, and Supplier Quality (SQ) teams. The
Specialist will identify emerging field issues through the analysis of
warranty-returned material and related data to determine failure modes, causes,
and impacts. This role also supports the identification, implementation, and
monitoring of corrective actions resulting from the analysis process while
contributing to Warranty Recovery initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality
improvements through standardized manufacturing and quality processes. They will
be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and a
demonstrated ability to resolve complex vehicle quality concerns. This
individual must be experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives and
possess a broad understanding of automotive engineering, manufacturing, quality
systems, and warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead VEHE Component warranty and reliability investigations through the
analysis of returned parts and warranty data.
* Manage all returned material activities for the VEHE area to support
corporate quality initiatives and Warranty Recovery efforts.
* Facilitate technical reviews with suppliers, manufacturing plants,
engineering teams, and SQ organizations.
* Identify emerging quality issues, determine root causes, and drive
