The Stellantis Customer Experience Organization is seeking a highly motivated
Lead Warranty & Reliability Specialist to join the Quality team at the
Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center in Toluca, Mexico.

The Lead Warranty & Reliability Specialist is responsible for leading a team of
Warranty Specialists, Technicians, and Logistics personnel while overseeing the
daily operations of the Mexico Quality Engineering Center (QEC). This role plays
a critical part in achieving Stellantis Corporate Quality objectives through the
analysis of warranty-returned material, identification of emerging field issues,
and implementation of corrective actions to improve product quality and customer
satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to identify failure modes and effects
through warranty data and returned material analysis, manage part return
retention parameters, and support Warranty Recovery initiatives. This position
requires a strong leader capable of developing standardized quality processes,
driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),



and collaborating across multiple
business functions to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the daily activities of Warranty Specialists, Technicians,
and Logistics personnel supporting Mexico QEC operations.
* Oversee all part return material activities to ensure returned components are
effectively utilized to support Corporate Quality initiatives and Warranty
Recovery efforts.
* Analyze warranty-returned material and field data to identify emerging
quality concerns, failure modes, and reliability trends
