You'll Support Meaningful Work By:





Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and maintaining timely collections activities to support healthy account balances.
Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, reconcile accounts, and investigate outstanding balances.
Processing credit card payments, customer credits, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and on time.
Collaborating with Sales Support, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve pricing, invoicing, order, and service-related discrepancies.
Investigating tax, freight, credit, and billing discrepancies and ensuring supporting documentation is properly maintained.
Preparing reports and monitoring account activity to identify collection risks, trends, and opportunities for resolution.
Maintaining accurate customer account records, submitting required documentation, and supporting collection agency referrals when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a
