As a Production Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading,
planning, and optimizing the plant's manufacturing operations, ensuring
compliance with volume, quality, cost, and safety objectives. You will be in
charge of directing multidisciplinary teams to maximize operational efficiency
and drive a culture of continuous improvement on the production.

Carrying out SPW as the working method.

Qualifications

They are responsible for understanding, participating in, and ensuring the
implementation of the ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 systems, as well as the Stellantis
Manufacturing Quality Manual, Quality Management System (QMS), Integral
Requirements (Operational Standards), Regional Requirements (North American
legal requirements), Procedures, Work Instructions, and internal formats (MSP),
the Stellantis Production System (SPW), and any additional systems or
initiatives the organization decides to implement.

They are responsible for complying with corporate and legal safety and health
requirements within their area/scope of control and for ensuring that the




workers under their supervision follow appropriate safety practices.

They are also responsible for implementing and participating in the ISO 14001
system, ensuring the safe final disposal of their waste, and maintaining
environmental performance indicators.

Monitoring the performance of the areas through a detailed analysis of the
indicators (OPE).
Subsequently, the development and implementation of plans and strategies to
increase the efficiency of each production line (OPE).
