Manager Invoice to Cash (I2C) Lead – Latin America

At CHEP, we're looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Invoice to Cash (I2C) Lead – Latin America to help shape the future of our end-to-end I2C operations across the region.
In this highly visible role, you will serve as the regional subject matter expert and trusted business partner, driving operational excellence, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across multiple Latin American markets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and support key transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
Lead and influence I2C strategy and operations across Latin America.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best-practice adoption.
Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, IT, and other key stakeholders across the organization.
Support complex escalations and help resolve customer and operational challenges.




Promote process consistency and operational excellence throughout the region.
Lead change initiatives and contribute to large-scale transformation programs, including systems and process evolution.
Foster strong partnerships while influencing outcomes in a matrixed, integral environment.

What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in complex, multinational organizations.
Strong experience within Invoice to Cash (I2C), Order to Cash (O2C), or similar end-to-end business processes.
Demonstrated success leading transformation, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of an organization.
Experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments.
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, drive results, and lead through change.
Fluent English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
