The Supply Chain Management & Logistics Manager — oversees strategic planning and execution of the end-to-end supply chain for a custom, engineer-to-order HVAC equipment portfolio, from demand planning and inventory management through inbound/outbound logistics and distribution. This role optimizes resource utilization, ensures on-time delivery to customers and projects, and leads a team responsible for planning and logistics execution.

The position requires strong analytical and planning skills, hands-on logistics and distribution experience, and the leadership skills to plan, prioritize, and direct the work of a supply chain team. The manager makes independent decisions on resource allocation, operational approach, and tactical execution with a moderate to large impact on cost and service levels, and partners with sourcing,



manufacturing, project management, and freight/logistics providers to keep custom-engineered orders moving on schedule.

What will you do?

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align material flow, capacity, and delivery commitments with business objectives for a custom, project-driven HVAC portfolio.
Define the means, resources, and processes needed to ensure efficient, cost-effective flow of materials from suppliers through production to the customer.
Analyze market trends and internal data to forecast demand and translate it into production and procurement plans.
Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, freight cost, service level) and adjust strategy as needed.
