We have an immediate opportunity for an early talent position to develop as a **PRODUCTION INTERN**to join us at our diverse team.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Provide support in production area tasks.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in operational data analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support process documentation and internal audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
**Background & Skills**:
- Active student of Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering programs.
- **1 to 2 years remaining** to complete their degree.
- **Basic to conversational English** skills.
- Availability to work full time during the **7 a.m. to 3 p.m.** schedule.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in gaining real-world production experience.
