**Description**
The International Comptroller Analyst is responsible for the management and supervision of the accounting and financial operations of a group of restaurants in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Daily recording in accounting books using programs like Quickbooks.
2. Review of invoices for payment and control of account catalog.
3. Preparation of invoices and reconciliation of bank accounts.
4. Preparation of weekly cash requirements and monthly financial statements.
5. Preparation of yearly budgeting and its weekly deviation with actual results.
6. Compliance with payroll reporting such as 940, 941, W2's and related paperwork.
7. Filing and payment of monthly Sales, Use and Mix Beverage Tax, along with local Property Taxes
8. Management of inter-company loans, rent contracts and credit agreements with financial institutions.
9. Preparation of weekly payroll,



including tip share distribution.
10. Review the correct use of discounts and comps.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written english communication skills.
Other Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of accounting programs such as Quickbooks is an advantage.
