What You'll Do
Provide one point of contact advice, support to provide employee mentorship around administration and interpretation of policies and employment issues.
Partner with HR Senior Specialist during Investigation colleague complaints and concerns; acquire relevant documentations.
Partner with HR Senior Specialist to support any leaders' request and deliver training, meeting coordination, etc.
Data Analyst support, survey results, and employee engagement plans to improve work environment and culture. Using part of the time, in communities LAC initiatives.
Partner with HR in other support areas.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual English - Spanish
Experience in HR, Employee Relations knowledge is important, engagement & wellness environment and employee communication. In lieu of experience, you’ll have a degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related management filed qualification.
Reporting and analysis in Workday, leveraging data analyst skills for insights and process improvement.
Absolute attention to detail. I’s dotted, T’s crossed; you focus on producing work to the highest standards.
You’re a self-starter with a growth mindset. You thrive in fast-paced, engaging environments.
Outstanding communication skills. You listen actively, advise kindly, speak with authority when needed, and write clearly and consistently.
**Cool, calm and collected**: you are tactful, quick thinking, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.




Natural intellectual curiosity and a passion for your own learning and development; improving current skills and nurturing new ones to positively impact the work you do, and the people you partner with us.
Report creation and data analysis using Excel, including sophisticated functions and visualization tools.
Having an analytical attitude is a requirement in being successful in this role. Knowing how to implement and build presentations with data is equally as important.
