We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Windows Server Engineer**
**Responsibilities**
- **Lead the management and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.**:
- **Oversee the installation configuration and troubleshooting of server systems to support business operations.**:
- **Provide technical expertise in server administration ensuring systems are secure and up-to-date.**:
- **Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement server solutions that align with organizational goals.**:
- **Monitor server performance and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.**:
- **Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations and procedures.**:
- **Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards in all server-related activities.**:
- **Support disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime and data loss.**:
- **Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.**:
- **Train and mentor junior IT staff to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.**:




- **Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.**:
- **Participate in IT projects providing technical insights and recommendations.**:
- **Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in server administration to drive innovation. Qualifications**:
- **Possess a strong background in Windows Server Administration with proven experience.**:
- **Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**:
- **Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.**:
- **Show proficiency in server monitoring tools and technologies.**:
- **Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.**
**Certifications Required**:Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Engineering**
