THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity to join U-Studio, OLIVER’s award-winning in-house agency for Unilever, as Creative Director, leading local social creative for Dove and helping the brand show up with relevance, consistency, and craft in-market.




Based in Mexico City with a hybrid working arrangement, you will lead the local studio’s creative output across always-on content, campaign adaptations, and market-led moments. Your platform-first creative direction will turn global guidance into work that feels made for local audiences and delivers against brand and business goals.

THE ROLE
You will be the creative lead for the local Dove social studio, accountable for the quality, speed, and effectiveness of day-to-day output. You will guide teams from brief to delivery, shaping ideas, strengthening craft, and keeping work aligned to Dove’s global brand voice while making it culturally and contextually right for your market.
Working closely with the General Social ECD, local marketing teams, strategy, account leadership, and producers, you will build a confident creative rhythm
