The Opportunity
This is not a Marketing Manager position.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of developing and executing product strategies for specialty veterinary pharmaceuticals in the Companion Animal market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established, high-value brands, driving sustainable growth through product lifecycle management, scientific marketing, customer insights, and close collaboration with Sales, Technical Services, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Supply Chain.
This role requires a strategic thinker who understands how to grow mature brands,



identify market opportunities, and translate commercial insights into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual and long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products, maximizing market share, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
Build product positioning and value propositions that strengthen Dechra's leadership in Companion Animal specialty medicine.
Design and implement integrated marketing plans using scientific, digital, and traditional marketing initiatives.
Develop promotional materials, educational campaigns, and commercial tools that improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
Partner with the Commercial team to provide product training, strategic guidance, and field support
