Regional Controller Compon

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

Serve as the regional financial leader for all fabrication facilities within the Mexico region, reporting directly to the Fabrication VP of Finance and functionally supporting the Regional Fabrication Operations VP.
Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-range strategic planning for the regional fabrication segment.
Partner with site management and regional operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and process optimization strategies.
Provide timely and insightful financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational variances, capital expenditures (CapEx), and product line profitability.

Accounting, Control & Compliance

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting of all financial data in compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and our company’s policies and procedures.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes,



ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the site-level financial teams within the fabrication facilities, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Promote cross-functional collaboration between finance, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5-7 years in a Controller or Senior Financial Management role within a multi-plant manufacturing or fabrication environment.
