We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives for U.S.-based brands. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business launches.
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Monitor KPIs including ROI, CAC, ROAS, lead generation, website traffic, and campaign performance.
Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.




Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and creative team.
Partner closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations to support company objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
5+ years managing marketing and creative teams.
Proven experience marketing to U.S.-based companies and audiences.
Demonstrated success launching SaaS products, software solutions, or new businesses.
Strong expertise in B2B marketing, branding, digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
Advanced/Fluent English (C1/C2) is required.

MBA or Master's degree.
Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, professional services, or startup environments.
