We are seeking a Robotics Simulation Software Engineer to design and develop advanced simulation platforms used to evaluate, validate, and verify the performance of robotics applications across a variety of operational scenarios and test cases. This role will focus on building scalable, high-fidelity simulation environments that enable the testing of Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Fleet Management Systems and web-based controllers before deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Simulation Environment Development
- Design, develop, and maintain simulation tools and frameworks for validating robotics applications under a wide range of operating conditions and test scenarios.
- Build high-fidelity virtual environments that accurately represent warehouse, manufacturing, and intralogistics operations.
- Develop scalable simulation architectures capable of supporting large fleets of autonomous mobile robots.
System Validation & Verification
- Enable early-stage validation of Fleet Management Systems and robotics software without requiring physical robots.
- Develop automated test scenarios, evaluation metrics, and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze discrepancies between simulated and real-world system behavior and continuously improve simulation accuracy.
- Support regression testing and verification of software releases using simulation-based testing methodologies.
Virtual Lab & Test Automation
- Contribute to the development of a virtual lab environment for end-to-end testing of robotics solutions.
