Your goal:
As a Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our clients are always receiving adequate attention and recurring updates. Your primary focus will be managing customer relationships, negotiating prices, informing relevant updates, and coordinating shipments to ensure that our customers' freight is delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner possible.
This will involve building relationships with our existing and new customers, a lot of communication with our Carrier Sales team, and managing customer performance. You’ll be working very closely with our Carrier Sales team to ensure that we have the necessary tools and information for our customer's needs, and with our Pricing team to be sure the prices are on-market prices.
Day-to-day activities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
● Negotiate prices with customers that benefit all parties.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
