We are looking for a Lead Instructional Designer to join our team.

Our Workforce Experience team helps clients realize digital and IT transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning, including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments, using the latest insights from the learning sciences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning and enablement needs across target audiences
Define learning objectives aligned to learner profiles and program goals
Assess, uplift, or design content that maps directly to learning objectives and delivery modality
Craft engaging learning activities that enhance and enrich the learning process
Draft storyboards and collaborate with multimedia developers to bring instructional assets to life
Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished product experiences
Design modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of elements, modules, or full courses
Maintain project documentation and organized course folders throughout the delivery lifecycle
Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues in a polished a
