Your Role
Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP custom development, technical design, integrations, enhancements, and production support. The idóneo candidate will possess deep expertise in ABAP development across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments and be capable of delivering complex technical solutions while mentoring junior team members. This role requires strong analytical skills, end-to-end ownership of development activities, and the ability to work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design, build, and support enterprise SAP solutions.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
- Extensive experience developing:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Forms (RICEF)
- Advanced knowledge of:
- BAPIs
- RFCs
- IDocs
- BDCs
- Function Modules
- SAP Data Dictionary
- Enhancement Framework
- BAdIs
- User Exits
- Hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Forms
- Smart Forms
- SAP Scripts
- ALV Reports
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of transport management and SAP development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts.
- Experience working in support and project environments.
