Remote | Part-Time | $9/hour + Bonuses per Scheduled Appointment

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Medical Call Center Operator to join our remote team and support patient outreach for a medical practice.
In this role, you will contact patients by phone, explain the purpose and value of scheduling an appointment with our specialist, answer basic questions, and encourage eligible patients to schedule an appointment.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients in Spanish and English
Communicate with patients professionally and empathetically
Explain the reason for contacting the patient and encourage them to schedule an appointment with our specialist
Handle basic patient questions and concerns
Schedule appointments and accurately document call outcomes
Maintain accurate patient and call-related information in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
Follow established call scripts, workflows, and communication guidelines
Meet established productivity and appointment-scheduling targets

Requirements
Fluent Spanish and English — both spoken and written




Previous experience working in a medical call center, healthcare contact center, medical office, patient outreach, appointment scheduling, or similar healthcare environment
Strong verbal communication and patient-interaction skills
Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with patients over the phone
Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Google Workspace
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for making professional calls
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
A medical or other university degree is not required.
Schedule & Compensation
Remote — work from anywhere
Approximately 1.5–2 hours per day
$9/hour
