**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor Management**: Work closely with the product development team to identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing partners in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
- **Production Oversight**: Manage the end-to-end production process with third-party vendors post-development, ensuring execution aligns with product specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with QC teams in **Mexico and Asia** to ensure products meet all quality requirements. Liaise with our **China office production team** to track delivery schedules and resolve delays.
- **Issue Resolution**: Lead the coordination between factories, product development, and quality control to swiftly address any production or QC issues.
- **On-Time Delivery**: Monitor and enforce production calendars to ensure timely delivery from integral manufacturing partners.
- **Data & Documentation**: Maintain detailed production tracking reports and vendor scorecards. Manage updates and analysis using Excel at a high level.
- **Factory Visits**: Travel internationally as needed to visit factory partners, assess capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in têxtile manufacturing, apparel production, or quality control.
- Strong understanding of the apparel production lifecycle, from sampling to final shipment.
- Proven success managing remote production across multiple international locations, including Latin America and Southeast Asia.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally to vendor locations as required.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus (especially Spanish or Mandarin).
- Experience working with both boutique and large-scale factory partners.
- Background in sustainable or ethical manufacturing practices is a plus.
Pay: From $15,000.00 per week
