We are looking for a Field Sales Executive in Monterrey to generate new leads, convert leads to customers, meet sales goals, build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate them to the operations team so that together we can provide excellent and agile service.

Main Purpose of the Role:_**
Coordinate all administrative activities in support of demurrage waiver; follow up on demurrage workflow; invoicing timely demurrages as soon as cycles are in “Ready for billing”. Provide analysis on demurrage invoicing in monthly basis with main customer situations on demurrages generated.
Focal point on customer request about free days and demurrages cut off.

Main Areas of Responsibility:_**
**Oversees Demurrages Process (80%)**:
- Manage and oversee the automated billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to auto billing discrepancies or errors
- Accurately calculate demurrage charges in compliance with contractual terms and company policies

- Handle customer billing disputes efficiently, investigating and resolving issues related to incorrect charges or discrepancies
- Oversee the discounts approval process,



ensuring that discounts are applied correctly according to company guidelines
- Verify that all billing processes are complete before invoicing, preventing errors and delays
- Monitor billing processes and systems for errors or inconsistencies, taking proactive steps to resolve any issues
- Prepare and issue demurrage invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and supporting information are provided
- Track payments and follow up on any overdue demurrage charges
**Accounts Receivable (20%)**:
- Reconcile invoicing discrepancies related to demurrages and discounts, ensuring accuracy in all accounts
- Review and verify discount approvals to confirm they align with company policies and contractual agreements
- Investigate and follow up on customer disputes within the collection module, ensuring all queries are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the collections team and other relevant departments to resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies related to customer accounts

- Demurrage DSO
$82 / TEU
- Ready for billing < $200K
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in international business / accounting / business administration
- Proven experience in billing, finance, and invoicing systems
- Knowledge of demurrage billing practice
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in SAP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
