Job Summary
The Operations Program Manager will drive the successful execution and implementation of projects in support of TRIGO ADR Americas’ Aerospace Customers and Suppliers. The Operations Program Manager will plan, organize, and manage all activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects within established objectives. Working onsite at either our customer’s or supplier’s location, the Operations Program Manager is the liaison with executive management and all functional departments to understand Customer / Supplier requirements and drive results.

Oversees project life cycle and ensures results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, scheduling, and cost.
Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBA’s
Acts as primary Supplier and Customer liaison for program activities, leading program review sessions to discuss schedule, resource, and technical performance.
Engages Supplier Program Management team on behalf of TRIGO ADR Customer to drive successful execution and implementation of projects.
Facilitates timely decisions to maintain project schedule and on-time delivery while providing supplier performance metrics to management.
Measure, Control and Improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rate/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers.
Follows established guidelines to manage the completion of project milestones from beginning to end of the lifecycle.
Supports internal distribution of all project-related documentation for review and revisions as required.
Builds strong relationships with Suppliers and Customers,
develops a deep understanding of their objectives to resolve any manufacturing blockers and constraints.
Establish effective communication cadence with all project stakeholders and implement escalation process.
Manages project scope to include project initiation, scope planning, scope definition and scope change control activities.
Ensures communication and exchange of information from different department heads that directly impact programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pass pre-hire background check including credit screening
Travel to the U.S. and within Mexico up to 50% of the time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations or supply chain roles.7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teamsExpertise in space-grade electronics manufacturing, including familiarity with J-STD-001 Space Addendum, IPC-A-610 Space Addendu
