OpportunityBASIC FUNCTION
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations related to warehousing, receiving, and shipping, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards. Drive the receiving, storage, and flow of materials throughout the production process through to shipping, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Specific Responsibilities
- Drive the area's operational activities in the most effective manner: receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Maintain 5S and EHS initiatives in the area, ensuring the active participation of all team members.
- Optimize warehouse space and resources.
- Ensure proper storage and control of materials and components located in the area, as well as system maintenance.
- Control and maintain the MRO warehouse, ensuring proper operation and accuracy.
- Implement and supervise receiving and shipping procedures that comply with site metrics.
- Monitor the correct performance and execution of the receiving and picking process daily,



ensuring proper execution and providing support in resolving incidents.

Skills/Requirements
- More than 2 years of Warehouse
- Management experience
- More than 2 years of experience leading others.
- Advanced English
- Supply chain experience, including warehouse receiving, inventory control, material flow, and warehousing.
- Organized
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle conflicts.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
