Role Description: The English Teacher is a part-time, on-site role based in Miahuatlan, Oax. The person in this role will plan and deliver engaging English lessons, design and implement learning activities, and assess students’ progress using a variety of evaluation methods. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, providing feedback, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students’ language development and personal growth. The English Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school meetings and events,



and contribute to an inclusive and respectful learning environment aligned with the institute’s educational values.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience instructing adolescents or young learners.
Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, age-appropriate, and inclusive learning experiences.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or relevant accreditation is preferred.
Ability to create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages responsibility, self-care, and respect.
Organizational skills, and comfort using educational technology and digital resources.
Fluency in English
