About the Client
An early-stage biotechnology company specializing in personal stem cell banking and regenerative medicine is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and own its outbound prospecting engine from the ground up.
The company partners with a national network of physicians and operates with a lean, high-performing sales team. As demand accelerates, they're investing in AI-driven prospecting to free up their account executives to focus on closing.
About the Role
This role owns the full outbound cycle — researching and building targeted physician lists,
running multi-channel outreach campaigns across calls, email, SMS, and LinkedIn, and booking qualified meetings for the account executive team. Given a target specialty or region, the SDR independently develops and executes the prospecting strategy using AI tools and automation rather than working off a pre-built list.
Success means consistently generating a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per week, keeping the CRM clean and current, and proactively identifying ways to improve outreach performance.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Prospecting
- Identify and source qualified leads across physician networks, medical practices, and specialty verticals using AI tools and data enrichment platforms
- Build and maintain enriched lead lists tailored to specific regions and medical specialties
- Develop and execute independent prospecting strategies based on client-defined targeting parameters
