Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 12 - 15 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized IT, engineering, embedded systems, and ERP positions.
This is a temporary position (6 Months) that requires regular attendance at the office. The role will partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, providing recruitment strategies, market insights, candidate evaluations, and support throughout the complete hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake,



sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
- Recruit specialized profiles in Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT Support, Embedded Systems, Hardware, Validation, Mechanical Design, Automotive, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop sourcing strategies for senior and hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Partner with local and international Hiring Managers to understand technical and business requirements.
- Provide candidate summaries, market insights, salary information, and hiring recommendations.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare status reports.
