Responsabilitites:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in coordination with the EHS department.
- Implement and monitor safety and housekeeping programs to prevent and eliminate workplace incidents.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with the production plan by monitoring line performance, assigning resources,



and coordinating with support areas.
- Lead daily production meetings to align on goals and problem-solving actions.
- Manage and enforce policies, practices, and procedures with production staff.
- Supervise individual and team performance, implement corrective actions including disciplinary measures, and resolve employee complaints.
- Foster effective communication and provide feedback, training, and work instructions to ensure team success.
- Determine workforce needs based on demand forecasts and production planning.
- Monitor hourly production targets, analyze performance reports, and take corrective actions when goals are not met.
- Maintain accurate production records in the TRESS system, including downtime and attendance.
- Communicate line stoppages to support teams and coordinate solutions to maintain production flow.
