What will you do as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Sealed Air?

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will lead the end-to-end warehouse, transportation,



and logistics operations for our Ciudad Juárez manufacturing facility, ensuring uninterrupted support to production and exceptional customer service. You will oversee both internal warehouse operations and third-party logistics activities, leading a team of approximately 30 associates while managing a highly dynamic operation that supports just-in-time customer requirements. This role will own the site's logistics strategy, focusing on optimizing transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics costs through strong analytical capabilities, strategic carrier management, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, and Customs to improve operational performance, strengthen cost controls, and deliver world-class logistics execution.
