**About the Role**:
- **Process orders** for SIM cards, WiFi routers, and other offline products while ensuring timely delivery
- **Investigate and resolve** quality issues related to SIMs and WiFi to improve customer satisfaction
- **Collaborate internally** with Operations and technical experts to align on solutions
- **Work externally** with telecom carriers, WiFi router providers, and other suppliers
- **Draft reports** based on business needs and contribute to creative problem-solving
- **Identify opportunities** to enhance product performance and customer experience
- **Ensure compliance** with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements
**About You**:
- At least two (2) years' professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: tech support, dispatch, or customer service call center
- Fluent in English **_and_** Spanish
- Previous tech support experience desired, preferably in the fields of telecommunications, transportation, or security
- Professional and detail oriented
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software desired
