**Position: Quality System & Document Control Specialist**
**OBJECTIVE**: Carry out, review and implement company quality control processes. Also implement continuous improvement projects.
**JOB SUMMARY**:Innovate, develop, implement and evaluate strategies for continuous improvement. Guarantee the efficiency leadership, responsibility and optimal management of company sources.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Ensure, and give follow-up to customer requirements.
- Customer scorecard interpretation and give follow-up, provide information to all processes involved.
- Support to IATF 16949 Quality Norm requirements complying.
- Support with compliance and requirements of BIQS and 5Stars certifications.
- Combine customer needs with IATF 16949 quality norm.
- Execute the quality evaluation process to solving problems.
- Follow-up and implementation of corrective actions as well as preventive actions.
- Carry out LPA’s
- Create and give follow-up to quality systems and necessary updates for continuous improvement.
- Quality cost reports.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong Knowledge in: Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, control plan). Internal Quality Audit.

**Education**:



A bachelor’s degree in IMA, or related field.
**Age**: 22- 30 years old.
**Gender**:Female / Male
**Experience**:At least one year in similar position into Automotive Industry.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Verifiable experience in Core Tools, as well as strong knowledge in IATF 16949, LPA Layered Process Audits, English advanced, Experience Managing ERP, Office (Excel advanced, dynamic tables), planning, organization, control and developing in Automotive Industry.
**Mental/Physical/Visual Demands**:Analytic, problem solver, attitude, observer and ability for listening.
**Working Conditions**: General office and plant conditions. High to Moderate noise levels (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic and process facilities with environmental conditions; heat, steam, chemicals, pressures, noise, etc.).
**Equipment/Tools used**:Computer/Laptop, Computer system, Company Software, Company Car when be needed, Telephones, Photocopier, Projector, Office tools, etc.
