**Objective**:
Support the startup of operations in Mexico by preparing and managing the documentation required for Mexican and international customs processes. Ensure compliance with established systems and procedures while providing key administrative support to help establish and streamline the department’s operations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and coordinate efficient shipping documentation and logistics.
- Send accurate information to process import/export procedures.
- Communicate with transport companies and customs agencies to schedule and confirm shipments, ensuring timely flow of goods.
- Prepare monthly reports for internal stakeholders as needed.
- Track warehouse inventory entries in the U.S. and issue equipment and machinery review orders.
**Requirements**:




- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or technical studies in Foreign Trade, Customs, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in documentation and import/export procedures.
- **English**: Advanced (technical reading and conversation).
- **Computer Skills**: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with inventory control systems (e.g., Annex 24, ERP).
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
