Ensure that all packaging materials and processes meet applicable standards and regulations and other regional packaging directives.
- Prepare, review, and submit necessary regulatory documentation related to packaging materials, including safety data sheets (SDS), technical files, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) submission and compliance declarations.
- Work closely with Packaging Engineering, Marketing, Product development, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to integrate regulatory requirements into packaging design and development processes.
- Monitor and interpret changes in packaging regulations, assessing their impact on current and future products, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on packaging regulatory requirements and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist in preparing for and responding to regulatory audits and inspections related to packaging compliance.
- Leads department efforts to define and document standards and procedures relating to packaging design, packaging materials, record retention,



and customer / supplier approvals.
- Participates in corrective action efforts for the purpose of documenting outcomes and ensuring appropriate read across actions are implemented.
