**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Perform quality monitors and audits to detect opportunity areas.
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Attend and conduct monthly calibrations to evaluate and understand monitoring parameters and be aligned with the guidelines.
- Provide periodic feedback to representatives.
- Facilitate QA talks to new hires, develop training activities, material and huddles along with the training team.
- Assist the team where necessary in resolving discrepancies, if any, in the reports.
- Addressing any data error or issue raised by the managers and directors.
- Assist with larger projects/process changes as it relates to Business Operations/Digital.
- Cross-functional support among teams within the organization.
- Aid in creation of training programs for current and future systems.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2-year degree with equivalent related experience.
- Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Works independently; receives mínimal guidance.
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues.




- Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.

$24,808.33 - $29,258.16 MXN Monthly
