Work a adaptable schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience. - 3+ years of General Experience - 1+ Years as manager of managers - English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+) - Spanish Fluent
- MBA or similar
- Solid experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Previous experience as Project Management
- Solid experience managing department´s KPIs and driven results
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation or related.
- Logistics Background from Operations environment, preferably from First-Middle Mile Ops.
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1+)
