Description

Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and programs for the Distribution Center including staffing, training and development, payroll/compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and satisfaction level of AutoZoners; ensures the coverage of operational and administrative positions, support in the realization of evetos and improvement programs and motivation for AZ.

Responsibilities
- Manages the efficient operation of payroll administration (overtime, holiday pay, vacation, disabilities), recruitment and selection procedures to interview and hire new personnel aplying psychometric tests. Captures new hires on GMP and IBIX Systems.
- Manages status changes of AutoZoners, Absenteeism Control, ensuring HR Services and Administrative processes to AutoZoners (uniforms, loans, discount cards, employment references, work letters). Manages personnel files and incidents records, including corrective actions and RPM.




- Participates in induction and training programs for new AZ; train new AutoZoners with Foundations Training program, promote values and culture AZ
- Prepares and coordinates special recognition events to DC's AutoZoners (Mothers Day, Christmas, Annual Inventory, soccer tournament, family day, AutoZone's anniversaries, AutoZoners's service Anniversaries, etc.)
- Personnel administration, AutoZoners files and administration of personnel systems.
- Performs recruitment and selection processes for the coverage of dc positions

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in psychology, lawyer, communication, industrial relations or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection, Payroll process, Training, Personnel Administration
- Use of Office software
- Creative, leader, proactive, organized, analytical
