Job Description

We're looking for a Manager, Agile Program Management to lead the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives for one of our strategic retail clients.

In this role,



you'll serve as a trusted delivery leader, partnering with client stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to drive Agile excellence, delivery governance, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams. You'll help teams deliver business value while ensuring alignment with retail priorities, operational excellence, and enterprise-scale Agile practices.

Your Impact
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and client priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
