Job Description Summary

The Product & Ops Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence,



product execution, and technology delivery across strategic digital platforms and business initiatives within the LATAM Operating Unit. This role serves as the connective layer between business priorities, product teams, operating units, bottler organizations, and execution partners to ensure regional digital platforms are effectively prioritized, operationalized, delivered, adopted, and scaled.

The role combines product operations leadership, delivery management, and execution oversight to accelerate value delivery, improve organizational alignment, and enhance business outcomes across a portfolio of LATAM-specific digital platforms, including B2B2C, Coca-Cola en Tu Hogar, and other regional customer and consumer-facing solutions.
