The Salesforce Developer II is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions that enable business processes across commercial and customer engagement functions. The role partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices.
About the Role
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer II contributes to the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud solutions and integrations. This role demonstrates hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and configuration,
participates in technical design discussions, and delivers high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
How You Will Contribute
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solution solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and platform automation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, data mappings, and deployment artifacts.
- Perform code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities using approved DevOps tooli
