DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Market Development Specialist III, where you'll play a key role in strengthening our commercial presence across Mexico and Central America through strategic distributor engagement and regional marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for our distributor network,



building strong relationships to understand local market dynamics, business needs, and operational processes. By acting as the bridge between distributors and our Biosciences Division (BID) internal teams, you will help ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of marketing strategies that accelerate business growth.
You will lead and support distributor-facing marketing activities, including product training, marketing communications, promotional materials, events, and demand generation initiatives. As a member of the BID Regional Market Development team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, regional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs aligned with business objectives.
