Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Process Engineering the Test Engineering Manager role is Responsible for managing the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures, strategies, systems, components, and modifications. Acts as an advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering functions. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
What a typical day looks like:
- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of ICT structural and functional test solutions to ensure product quality, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency.
