We're looking for a motivated and driven **Business Development Manager** who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
**About the Role**:
- Prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and management
- Serve as a credible advisor to external partners, addressing issues, resolving complaints, and maintaining trust
- Manage P&L; results for assigned partners
- Coordinate projects, ensuring fluid interactions between departments and timely delivery of results
- Support the development of special projects for local and international teams in defining new routes and pricing
- Implement a route network using quantitative analysis, including competitor benchmarking
**About You**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a multinational environment, with a strong track record of success and high-performance results
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- High-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; professional experience with PowerPoint is valued
- Solid understanding of economics, including the ability to read and interpret balance sheets
- Problem-solving mindset with a self-reliant, reliable, and conscientious approach to work
- Full working proficiency in English and the ability to operate independently with a responsible and structured working style
