**What you will do**:
- In partnership with our existing vendor, lead the maintenance, optimization, and evolution of existing Sitecore CMS implementations.
- Analyze current Sitecore architecture and recommend improvements for scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for Sitecore development, including personalization, content management, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore performance, integration, and functionality.
- Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to understand evolving requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




- Oversee upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the Sitecore platform remains up-to-date and secure.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentoring to developers working on Sitecore projects.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and APIs.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in Sitecore deployment and content workflows.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical challenges.
**What we are looking for**:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, including architecture, customization, and development.
- Expertise in Sitecore Helix principles and Sitecore best practices.
- Experience with Sitecore XP/XM, Sitecore JSS, and Sitecore SXA.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based Sitecore environments.
- Solid understanding of content modeling, personalization, and marketing automation within Sitecore.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer, Architect).
- Experience with Headless CMS implementations and Sitecore Containers.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience working in Agile environments with SCRUM methodologies.
