Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, la seguridad y la fiabilidad de los equipos de fabricación, incluyendo máquinas CNC y hornos de tratamiento térmico. El puesto implica realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, diagnóstico de problemas y reparación para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y mejorar la eficiencia de la producción.
**Responsibilities**:
Las responsabilidades para esta posición incluyen, sin estar limitadas, a
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo programado e inspecciones en máquinas CNC, hornos de tratamiento térmico y otros equipos de las instalaciones.
- Diagnosticar y reparar problemas mecánicos, eléctricos e hidráulicos rápidamente para minimizar las interrupciones de producción.
- Colaborar con los equipos de producción para identificar y resolver desafíos relacionados con los equipos.
- Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento y mantener registros precisos para auditorías e información operativa.
- Apoya todos los programas de mantenimiento para mejorar el rendimiento de las máquinas. Identifica y sugiere cambios de diseño para prolongar la vida práctico de los equipos, reducir costos, aumentar la eficiencia de la producción y mejorar la calidad del producto.
**Background & Skills**:
- Carrera técnica o universitaria en mecánica, mantenimiento o afín.
- 3 años de experiência en mantenimiento industrial
- Inglés básico
- Lectura de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos




- Conocimiento en máquinas CNC ( Deseable)
- Manejo de PLC (Allen bradley)
- Conocimiento de sensores ( Magneticos, Inductivos y capacitivos)
- Uso de herramientas de medición ( Amperímetro, multímetro e indicador de caratula)
- Conocimientos de sistemas mecánicos: validación de holguras, alineaciones en conjuntos mecánicos (Deseable)
- Conocimiento de motores corriente directa y alterna
- Conocimiento de Robots Fanuc ( Deseable)
