Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Director Planning located in Guadalajara North. The _Sr. Director, Planning_ will lead the End to End strategic and operational planning initiatives at General Customer level. This role is responsible for Customer demand planning Multisite Alignment, and aligning planning processes across departments / Sites to support growth, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead and develop Muti-site strategic planning processes to align with corporate goals.
- Lead demand Analysis and supply planning for optimal inventory and service levels.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define short and long-term planning goals.
- Lead a high-performing planning team; interacting with other Regions ( USA, MEX, ASIA)
- Implement - Deploy planning systems and tools for scalable, data-driven decision-making.
- Track and report on KPIs and performance against strategic plans.
- Develop and manage the team to deploy material planning models to ensure proper material planning and optimal inventory positions for customer programs. Utilizes models for defining material planning parameters for components.




The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineer or a related field.
- Experience in Electronics Contract Manufacturing Industry planning.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.
- Progressive experience in Supply Chain, Demand planning, planning Scheduling and Strategy, with a experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise-level planning systems (APS, Kinaxis, BAAN.).
- Regional AM- EMEA-APAC- Global supply chain or multi-regional planning experience.
- SO&P; or SOIP ( Sales, operation, planning, sales operation Inventory planning )
- Extensive experience in PCBA, Enclosures and integration level Assy.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Great Collaborations skills
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in data -driven Decision-Making and scenarios Analysis
