- Lead the delivery of UX solutions for complex features and reusable components, from definition through implementation and release.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into prototypes, interaction specifications, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Guide Design and Engineering teams on components, design systems, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Validate workflows and user experiences through prototyping and incorporate findings into final designs.
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the design system by promoting reuse and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate usability, accessibility, and implementation risks before development begins.

Technical Expertise
- Advanced experience in UX,



prototyping, Front End technologies, component-based architectures, design systems, accessibility, and usability validation.
- Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, maintainability, and business objectives.

Business Acumen
- Understands the impact of UX decisions on product adoption, engineering efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
