Responsibilities
- Provide support and influence senior management and all personnel within the organization to reinforce the importance of HSE leadership and ensure that HSE is prioritized alongside other business objectives.
- Foster the development of an organizational culture centered on HSE, recognizing the current maturity level of the organization’s culture, and collaborating with managers to elevate HSE maturity.
- Collaborate with managers across all levels to promote their ownership and leadership in HSE responsibilities.
- Create, evaluate, and manage emergency and disaster preparedness plans.
- Analyze data trends to monitor and report on HSE performance effectively.
- Exhibit leadership in HSE and serve as a role model for exemplary HSE practices and behavior to peers, colleagues, and the public.




- Lead HSE programs, initiatives, and performance metrics for the MX96 site, ensuring alignment with Honeywell standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary HSE subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical support to business teams and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles, risk reduction initiatives, and implementation of best-in-class HSE practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance audits, and corrective action programs to prevent injuries, environmental incidents, and business interruptions.
- Analyze HSE performance indicators and trends, providing actionable recommendations to leaders
